Woodward ranch plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a sweet little cabochon of collectible Woodward Ranch plume agate, from Texas. This distinctive material is a longtime favorite, for its wonderful translucence and colorful figure. Sure cuts a fascinating cab, I must say. This one shows some nice plumage in the most desireable red and black colors, with some fortification at the larger end framing a sparkly crystalline core. There are some teensy scattered pits present but nothing overly distracting, and any little feathers in the stone are quite well healed, ready for your finest creation. The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a designer 'paisley' shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
