Youngite ~
Offered here is a freeform cabochon of top quality youngite, which I'm told is harvested from caves in Wyoming. Youngite is a very interesting material, fluorescing bright green under UV light. I recently heard that those caves are underwater, meaning that scuba diving gear is now necessary to bring it out. This classic example features brecciated jasper in attractive pink shades, encased in translucent pastel lavender and white agate. The cab has a nicely rounded dome, a crisp symmetrical shape, and it's polished both front and back.
