Carnelian cab ~
Offered here is a gorgeous cabochon of cornflake carnelian, also known as orange chalcedony, from the Polly Drummond agate beds in Oregon. It features appealing pastels of orange coloration, fading from dark to light here and there. Within the translucent body of the stone is a remarkable pattern of internal 'cornflakes', the kind so sought after by collectors.
