Marra mamba cab ~
Offered here is a smaller ring-sized cabochon of Australia's rare Marra Mamba tigereye, the finest tigereye ever. This example is a dark salmon red, with directional golden/pink flash that's more subtle, but nonetheless beautiful. At the large end are ribbons of dark silvery hematite, adding much character to the stone's composition. It has a well rounded dome of 6mm, and a fine glassy polish both front and back. And it's a steal at well under $3 per carat!
