Here is a cabochon of collectibly rare Priday plume agate, from the Priday Ranch digs in Oregon. This fabulous stone was cut from some grand old stock which had been stashed away for decades in the cherished collection of an old gentleman rockhound. This classic beauty's just bursting with busy plumage, in various colors, looking a lot like a rich underwater garden of corals wafting in the current. The cab has a low but well-rounded dome, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
