Biggs Jasper cab ~
Offered here we have a cabochon of Biggs jasper, from Oregon. The scenic stone bears an amazing likeness to a wide vista of rolling hills, with a grayish overcast sky hanging above. I think it'll make a very attractive broach or bracelet, perhaps even a bola tie, but I'll leave that to your capable imagination. It has a very high rounded dome of 6mm, a pillowed rectangular hexagon shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back. In case you can't see it in the photos, please note that there is an odd feather in the bottom left of the stone. It's naturally healed, but shows as a subtly darkened line; I doubt you'll find it atall distracting.
