Offered here is a wild cabochon of Imperial jasper, from Mexico. This outstanding old stock material is simply delightful to work with, another member of the fine grained porcelain jasper family I love so much. This one features a neat streaky webbed pattern in a lovely combination of pinkish mauve and avocado greens. Pink lightning?? The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a bold designer shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
