Laguna agate cab ~
Offered here is a collectibly gorgeous cabochon of Laguna agate, from Mexico. It was cut from the heart of a prized nodule, showing countless razor-fine fortification bands, tubes and eyes in soft pinks, crimson, peach, magenta, cream, and even puce. There's also an amazing yellow star-like shape, with lacy edges that make it appear sort of flowery. Rain says it looks like a burning meteor, complete with its own smoky vapor trail. The agate is highly translucent, with a bit of parallax too, and I find it to be quite perfectly breathtaking. You will too! It has a well rounded dome of 4mm, an elegantly curved designer shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
