Amethyst Sage Agate ~
Offered here is a cabochon of amethyst sage agate, from Nevada. This material is a great favorite around here, featuring gremmy amethystine agate and dendrites that sometimes form interesting scenes. This example resembles a snow-covered knoll sprouting several black brushy limbs under a twilight sunset. There are beautiful streaks of lemon chiffon, along with crinkly golden orange. It has a well rounded dome of 5mm, a designer 'pillow' shape, and and a great glassy polish both front and back.
