Mexican lace agate cab ~
Offered here is an unusual cabochon of Mexican crazy lace agate. The pattern in this example is a neat display of florettes and bursts of sagenite surrounded by tiny fortifications. It almost appears painted, much like stylized Japanese clouds, perhaps; the only thing missing is the dragon. The stone has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, brought to a brilliant polish both front and back.
