Priday moss agate cab ~
Offered here is a dramatic cabochon of Priday moss agate, from the Priday Ranch digs in Oregon. This colorful stone was cut from the heart of an old stock nodule I 'found' in Quartzite and sliced up several years ago. As the photos illustrate, this beauty's just bursting with mauve and dusty rose tendrils of moss, suspended in a translucent agate background. The mossy pool is framed in the classic burnt orange matrix, adding a nice contrast. The cab has a well rounded dome of 6mm, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
