Graveyard plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a splendid collector's cabochon of the classic favorite Graveyard plume agate, grand old stock from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This eye catching example has bright orange carnelian agate and a festive party of white and apricot plumes, each of which is blended with glittery flecks of grayish metallic marcasite. Apparently, this same material sometimes shows up as 'Porter plume' or marcasite plume, but I think it's magnificent no matter what moniker gets hung on it. This stone has a high rounded dome of 5.5mm, a crisp designer shape, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
