Amazon River jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Amazon River jasper. This particular jasper cab has a bold contrast of colors that's somewhat reminiscent of Australia's mook jasper. The darkest chocolate is edged with a rich tan before it segues into the yellow and cream. I like it! And I think you will too. The stone has a versatile shape that's fun and easy to work with, a low but nicely rounded dome of 4mm, and a slick polish both front and back.
