Prudent man plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a large, deluxe cabochon of Prudent Man plume agate, from eastern Idaho. This new material certainly cuts mighty pleasing stones, and I'm really fond of its green hued plumes, whick are something of a rarity in the rock world. This one is a splendid example, with an excellent display of colorfully busy plumage suspended in a base of lavender and smoky translucent agate. This one has just the right touches of yellow 'flames' to create the illusion of a burning bush or forest, complete with rising billows of 'smoke'. I don't have a lot more of this amazing plume agate to work with, so if it appeals to you, grab it! The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, and a designer 'paisley' shape that's nicely polished both front and back.
