Blue lace agate cab ~
Offered here is a sweet matching trio of blue lace agate cabochons, from Africa. This classic old favorite material is becoming scarce and spendy lately, especially in the finest quality that everyone wants. I think these are EXTRA NICE. Each of the three has an attractive lacy pattern in bluish-lavender tones, alternating with lighter bands of translucent and clear agate. The large stone has a teensy drusy pocket, adding a bit of sparkle. One thing I've noticed that all blue agates seem to share in common is their tendency toward what I term 'moodiness'. The dimmer the light, the deeper the color, but always gorgeous! Whatever you choose to dream up for these beauties, no doubt you'll be pleased. Each of these stones have nicely rounded domes (the larger cab is nearly 7mm and the pair are 4mm), graceful designer 'paisley' shapes, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
