Oco geode cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from a slice of an Oco geode. Small but mighty, this fascinating agate has oodles of presence, with a show of wispy white plumes against a smoky black background. Nice touches of carnelian orange toward the top end too. The core is open through the stone in two places, and studded with delightfully sparkling crystals which, in turn, are covered in velvety drusy (minute crystals). A designer's delight, for sure! The cab has a well rounded dome of 4mm, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
