Offered here is a collectible cabochon of gorgeous rhodochrosite, from Catamarca, cut from a cross-section of rare stalactite. Not easy to come by like it once was, last I heard, the price of material from the classic Inca Rose location is strictly controlled by the Argentinian goverment. -grr- This gemmy gel-like cab features vibrant pink coloration that's invitingly glowing. Simply delicious! It has the typical crystalline veil inclusions within, a single intricate bullseye, and a delightful degree of warm translucence. This deluxe beauty is shaped like a third quarter moon, with a generously rounded dome of 9mm, and a great glossy polish both front and back.
