Offered here is a LARGE trio of rhodochrosite cabochons, from Catamarca, Argentina. Not easy to come by like it once was, last I heard, the price of rough from this classic location is strictly controlled by the Argentinian goverment. This delicious set of matching cabs feature various shades of vibrant rose-pink coloration in an intricately banded zig-zag pattern, with a lovely degree of crystalline translucence. I think you'll do great things with these beauties! Each of these substantial stones has a high rounded dome of 7mm, smoothly rounded designer shapes, and a great glossly polish both front and back. A STEAL at my per carat price!
