Offered here is a cab of beautifully gemmy rhodonite, cut from prime Australian material I brought home from Quartzite a few years back. This is the VERY best rhodonite I've ever seen, absolutely awesome, showing plenty of sparkle and excellent hot-pink coloration. Even the contrasting patches of jet black have sparkle! The stone is very highly silicated, interspersed with areas of translucent agate, as you can see by the backlit photos. If you like striking pink stones, this one's for you, suitable for your best and most imaginative creations! The cab has a generously high rounded dome of 8mm, a sleek designer shape, and a fine glossy polish both front and back. And it's a STEAL at well under a buck a carat!
