Here is an interesting cabochon of top quality Bloody Basin plume agate, collectibly gorgeous material from Arizona. This one was cut from some old stock a friend of mine put aside long ago. The stone is absolutely chock full of billowing yellow ochre plumes, with a hint of reddish color peeking out here and there. This fine example is sure to make a winning addition to your jewelry showcase, wherever it goes! The cab has a rounded dome, a bold designer shape that enhances the material wonderfully, and despite a few teensy micro pits, it has a great glassy polish both front and back cab.
