Purple jade cab ~
Offered here is a purple jade cabochon, from Turkey. Just gorgeous material, this stone features subtle patterns in several appealing shades of lavender and purple. Over the past few years I've cut many dozens of these very popular purple jade cabs, but often as soon as they're finished, they're gone! The color is versatile, looking equally beautiful set in either gold or silver. I would like to mention that there are no fractures present, nor do I see any other imperfections; the odd lines are just razor fine threads of quartz and agate. This large stone has a generously high rounded dome of nearly 8mm, a sweet designer 'flame' shape, and a fine polish both front and back.
