Imperial cab ~
Here is a large deluxe cabochon of PRIMO Imperial jasper, from Mexico. This is easily some of the finest of this wonderful species of porcelain jasper that I've ever had offered. It has a unique pattern of light and dark avocado greens, with some areas showing a teal blue tint. Even though this is a fairly thick cab, there is a degree of translucence to it, and it has character to spare. Set this one in either silver or gold, and you absolutely cannot miss! The stone has a very high rounded dome of nearly 8mm, a sleek symmetrical shape, and a perfect liquid polish both front and back.
