Montana agate cab ~
Offered here is a large and splendid cabochon of Montana dendritic agate, cut from rough I 'found' last July in a Montana rockshop. heh It features a veritable swarm of black dendrites afloat in a translucent, almost opalescent, agate background. The pale purplish-blue agate adds its color to the dendrites within the stone, some more, some less, according to how deep they are within. It's a treasure, certainly, and I hope it inspires you to create something marvelous! The cab has a well rounded dome of 5mm, and a brilliantly glassy 'wet ice' polish both front and back.
