Here is a dandy doublet cabochon of lacy Ochoco tube agate, from Oregon. This beauty features tubes of various sizes in frilly snow white, with clear agate between that lets the dark basenite backing do its contrasting magic. The jet black shows through the translucence, turning the stone a lovely pale blue. It includes a subtly fortified area in sky blue, the heart of which has a teensy drusy pocket that just breaks the surface. Very unique and intriguing, this collectible cab will do you proud, whatever your plans for it. It has a nicely rounded dome of 6.5mm, a versatile designer 'paisley' shape, and it is polished to a glassy finish both front and back.
