Owyhee jasper cab ~
Offered here is a fancy cabochon, cut by my son Christopher (age 13), of Owyhee jasper, from Oregon. I think he did a great job! This famous member of the porcelain jasper family features a wild pattern in most sought after reds, with rich earthy ochre and creamy pastel yellow. One of my all time favorite jaspers, this classic treasure is a beauty, a real keeper! The stone is domed, about 5.5mm thick, polished to a brilliant perfection both front and back.
