Montana agate cab ~
Offered here is a designer cabochon of Montana dendritic agate, cut by my son Christoper, from rough we 'found' in a Montana rockshop last year. heh This has a nice display of the classic inky black dendrites in various shapes and sizes. The background agate is translucent, subtly bluish in color, with an opalescent quality to it that I really like. There are a couple typical healed feathers and lines present within the stone, but they're not open fractures. The cab is quite sound, and ready for your best creations. It has a well rounded dome of 5mm, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
