Tigereye cab ~
Offered here is an extraordinary cabochon of tigereye, cut from premium old stock material which hails from Africa. This one has an alarming degree of chatoyant brilliance, with row upon row of strong shimmering flash in various shades of green. Yup, green, not something you see very often. The silky gleam positively leaps right out at you as the stone moves, very 'optically articulate'. Distinguished and bold, to say the least, you'll hunt a long time to find one near as nice. The cab has a very high round dome of 9mm, an elegant designer shape, polished to a glassy brilliance both front and back.
